Responsibilities:- Communicate with homeowners, management team, and customers.
- Abilities to perform inspections and checklist on the work area (once trained).
- Perform inspections and checklists on the work area.
- Must be able to enter information into a company-issued tablet.
Requirements:- General construction experience a plus but not required.
- Must be a self-starter with time management skills to help ensure daily production requirements are met.
- Must complete a Two-week training provided by the company. (Tradesman Position for SCG Drip Program.)
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with homeowners, management team, and customers effectively.
- Must have computer and tablet skills.
- Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean record.
- Part of DOT required work (requires pre-employment drug test).
