DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Trailer Plant Supervisor with completing the work at the OEM Trailer Manufacturer.
- Verify a daily updated list of trailers and complete work on trailers.
- Verify and complete Trailer Plant Tech work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of Carrier Refrigeration Units, Carrier accessories, and any aftermarket accessories, their installation, and troubleshooting.
- Install, prep and plumb Carrier Refrigeration Units and Solara Heaters.
- Install and Commission refrigerated trailer accessories such as fuel sensors, door switches, temperature sensors, and tracking and monitor systems.
- Troubleshoot refrigeration units with basic problems such as bad modules, kinked fuel lines, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Have and maintain current operators driving license
- Willingness to work with multiple task and people
- Willingness to take instructions from management and senior staff members
- Willing to learn in Crosspoint’s environment
- Interpersonal Skills and willing to work as a team
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Time management skills
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work with little or no supervision
- Self-starter
WORKING CONDITIONS
Travel will be required within the state of Indiana to the three trailer OEMs. Working mostly outdoors.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some light to medium lifting is required.

This is a full time offer, entry level position. Compensation will be based on an hourly rate, with full benefits offered.
