Meter Administrator

Hourly Range: $17.00-$19.00, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Review reports for missing information and contact customer to resolve missing information.
• Dispatch technical team and assist in resolving installation problems to ensure accurate reads.
• Record, track, verify, and maintain meter reads into the assigned operating system. Gather and process paperwork related to inactive meters; data entry of applicable account information and scanned documentation, maintain an accurate contact list for assigned accounts.
• Respond to customer questions as required as well as questions from Finance, Sales, or Contracts. Resolve situations involving meter reads or customer inquiries or resolutions. Advise management when appropriate.
• Generate reports as needed. File and maintain related documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry, customer service, order processing, or billing preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and Toshiba team members
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills: Word and Excel
