Assumes responsibility to execute assembly functions by efficient resource allocation and utilization. This includes regular maintenance of equipment and reduction of waste.
Roles and Tasks:
- Interpret technical designs of the project, running the assembly of the internal components of the towers.

Install the mechanical and electrical equipment in the towers, according to the technical specifications.

Make the appropriate adjustments to parts and / or equipment, using the appropriate tools in order to ensure greater security in operations.

Perform transport of metallic structures using bridge-crane or forklift.

Sign in specific report services performed on each section.

Comply with safety standards using the appropriate PPE and ensure the organization and maintenance of tools and workstations.

Ensure the quality of processed products according to the standards of control.

Optimize the means and tools placed at their disposal.

Avoid unnecessary downtime in the process; ensuring productivity and daily targets are achieved.
- Filling in all inspection and production forms as required.
- Attend training program when called.

Perform other tasks consistent with the requirements for the exercise of the function.

Perform other tasks required by supervisors.
- Respect Safety Standards and use of PPE.

Clock-in and clock-out (mark attendance with the punch card) at the beginning and at the end of the shift.

Execute clock-in and barcode reading in the SAP stations at the beginning and at the end of each task in production

Carry out activities related to 5S in the area.
These roles and tasks are only enunciative but not limitative. Additional work-related tasks and responsibilities can be assigned to this position as per job content requirement and/or Supervisors request.
Education Requirements:
- High School or equivalent (GED), or
-
elementary education plus minimum experience required.
Specific Knowledge:
- Knowledge of at least one of the following: metrology; Interpretation of technical designs; standards and safety procedures; standard operating procedures, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, torqueing.
Languages:
- Able to communicate and/or to read and understand instructions in English
IT / Technical Knowledge:
Minimum Experience Required:
- Six months on manufacturing, assembly or industrial process.
