May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software. Being an Electrical Controls Engineer requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electrical Controls Engineer relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Summary: Looking for an Electrical Controls Engineer with experience in industrial control systems and project management.
Requirements:
BSEE or similar degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial control systems
Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience
Able to draft/design electrical schematics using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical experience preferred)
Experience with Start-Ups and Commissioning
Ability to perform machine safety/risk assessments
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain electrical control systems
Conduct machine safety and risk assessments
Draft and design electrical schematics using AutoCAD
Participate in Start-Ups and Commissioning activities.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
