Mill Crew Supervisor - Asphalt Portable/Travel Crew 

Western Engineering Company is looking for an individual with experience as an Asphalt Mill Crew Supervisor working in an outdoor and safety conscious environment.  This is a supervisor position where you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the supervision of a mill crew, operations and maintenance of company equipment. This is a full-time position with travel required throughout the states of Nebraska and Iowa. Company vehicle provided.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience as a Leader and Supervisor managing a mill crew. 
• Must be mechanically inclined with welding experience. 
• Must successfully pass an employment drug screen.
• Must have an active Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Must be committed to being in a safe work environment and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Must be self-motivated as you are expected to work independently at times and in a team environment. 
• Must be willing to work flexible hours that include days, nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to frequently perform daily physical tasks.
