Job Summary

ACT is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor focused on supervisoring and coordinating the work of engineering staff as well as designing, developing, improving and testing new or existing custom electronic power supplies and products from concept through production. Those concepts can be proven out in our on-site, well-equipped engineering development lab. Our engineers also interface with customers on requirements and provide technical proposals in response to requests for quotes. We have a strong mentorship program and believe strongly in collaboration between sales, engineering and manufacturing.

Must Have Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent required
• Engineering skills to include analog electronic hardware design
• Military application design experience preferred
• Engineering management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• May require travel in support of sales and/or products
