Qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure
High school diploma or GED
Master Plumber license required
Special Knowledge/Skills
Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of methods, practices, and safety precautions of the plumbing trade
Knowledge of plumbing codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Ability to use tools required for the trade
Ability to manage personnel

Equipment Used
Including but not limited to hand tools required for plumbing repairs, gas and electrical powered sewer machines, pipe cutter and threader, gas testing equipment, welding and soldering equipment
