Job Summary:
The Project Manager oversees and coordinates the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of clean room facilities within various industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and construction of clean room facilities, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure that project milestones are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO clean room standards, FDA guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, and qualification activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure that clean room facilities meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement procedures for clean room operation, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Provide training and support to clean room staff on proper operating procedures and safety protocols.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing clean room projects from conception to completion, preferably in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductor manufacturing, or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of clean room design principles, HVAC systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ISO clean room standards, FDA guidelines, and GMP requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Hours usually sit at 40 hours a week during the day.
