POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Electrical Senior Project Manager is responsible for successful project delivery from start to finish, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and protecting Horwitz’s reputation as well as financial wherewithal.  Schedules of projects, forecasts and change order activity are to be kept up to date for an accurate representation of project health and financial status.  Customer engagements, opportunities and bidding activity are to be maintained in our CRM. This role also supervises the Electrical Designer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Budget, Estimate, Sell and Manage electrical projects.
• Identify and Contact potential customers.
• Make regular calls on select general contractors and customers to solicit Electrical opportunities.
• Establish trust as the key point of contact for customers throughout the project and beyond.
• Build a customer and construction network to promote Horwitz and its offerings.
• Help support Tempco (Horwitz Temperature Controls Group) with Low Voltage needs.
• Support Construction and Service Divisions with Low and High voltage needs.
• Supervise internal electrical designer on projects to make sure the electrical design meets the customers needs and the budget that has been developed.
• Conduct yourself in accordance with Horwitz core values: Safe, Accountable, Professional, Motivated, Can Do and Curious.

• Someone who can Develop long-term relationships with new customers (and existing accounts as assigned).
• Someone who can create capital expenditure plans for existing customers to promote systematic equipment replacements and upgrades.
