The primary duties of the Electrical Project Manager include working alongside on-site Superintendents while facilitate project operations such as safety, scheduling, budgets, labor relations, customer satisfaction, costs, and quality assurance.

Must have

• 4 to 5 years of commercial electrical experience as a project manager.
• Experience managing larger ($2 million and ) projects, ranging from commercial, hospitality, Multifamily, hospital.
• Knows and understand scheduling.
• Able to produce and negotiate change orders
• Understand and manage project budget and finances
• Generator RFIs
• Manage BIM modeling coordination

Responsibilities

• Pre-job acquisition and set up

• Coordination with Engineers, Architects, GCs, and other trades.

• In house coordination with estimating, preconstruction, prefab, job site, and safety.

• Assure equipment, material, and personnel transitions

• Manage RFIs, budgets, permits, schedules, testing, and inspections

• Maintain working relationships with customers and vendors

Salary and compensation will be based on experience/qualifications and negotiated at time of interviews. Degrees and State Licenses are not required but will be beneficial for this position as well as experience in Government projects and ProCore software navigation.
