Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer installs, repairs, and maintains powerline equipment. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being an Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer may be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Essential Functions:
During the drawing process, The Electrical Drafter, analyzes information (such as measurements and sketches) provided by engineers to illustrate visual instructions that relate technical specifications, including dimensions, arrangements, and installation procedures.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and view a computer monitor for extended periods. Some duties may be performed outside in the elements on a job site, which may include exposure to water, dust, dirt, grease, paint fumes, chemicals, and equipment noise and vibration.
