Electrical Project Manager jobs in Ventura, CA

Duties:
- Manage and oversee electrical and construction projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
- Prepare project reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or construction management (preferred)
- Proven experience in project management, estimating or similar roles
- Must have 10 years of experience in commercial industrial electrical construction
- Proficient in NEC code, blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contract management principles
