Being an Electrical Utility Trouble Shooter may be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electrical Utility Trouble Shooter relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. The Electrical Estimator provides support for planning, organizing, and evaluating construction projects per schedule, specifications and budget. Must be able to take initiative, set priorities, and efficiently produce detailed end results.
