Are you looking for a great opportunity in a dynamic and growing technical industry? Patrol PC is looking for a Repair Technician to join our US Production Team in North Attleboro, MA. In this position you will perform electro-mechanical trouble shooting and repair of a various computer and communication devices. We seek candidates who can troubleshoot and repair to the component level, as well as perform production support activities.

Responsibilities: The Repair Technician will work in various roles that support final assembly of Patrol PC production, such as:
- Production Repairs Diagnose and repair production fallout. Work with the production team to determine the root cause of problems and implement improvements.
- RMAs Evaluate customer returns. Diagnose & repair in a timely manner.
- Production Floor Troubleshooting Use your technical skills and experience to provide a quick response to things gone wrong. Work with the manufacturing team to drive improvements.
- Calibration Keep all measurement equipment calibrated and ready to use with the least down time possible. Log results into Calibration database.
- Preventive Maintenance Perform regularly scheduled maintenance to minimize unplanned breakages.
- Work Instructions Create or improve documented procedures through pictures and words.
- Parts Evaluation Work with Design Engineering to ensure that new parts and subassemblies perform to specification before we procure & release parts to production.
