The production team is the keystone of our whole business—they turn "piles of used tech" into highly desirable, Certified Preloved electronics. So what does the job look like? Well it varies greatly depending on what we're working on that day, but roughly the process the team follows is:
There's a lot more involved than that, of course. All this is reflected in detailed reports, manufacturing-grade inventory system, and more—so there's lots of room for growth and specialty both within and alongside the production process.
That said - this job has a wide variety of pay ranges. We pay a minimum of $16 for this position at entry-level. That said, experience/capability/certifications/leadership can push this position up to $20 . However, few people have experience refurbishing, so we've invested significant resources to enable rapid pay growth with our online certification resources. You can quickly rise to $20/hr and higher by using our test & quiz resources, and/or by attending our paid trainings. We're very motivated to push our technicians to learn all our production processes & product and are happy to pay a higher hourly rate for that experience.
