Being an Elevator Inspector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Elevator Inspector is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Hopkinsville Elevator Co. is looking to fill the position of scale operator at our Casky location. The core of the responsibilities are as follows:
Clerical - Field phone calls, assist customers with their accounts, DDG for CAE, weighing and grading grain
Communication - Communicate with location manager regarding grain quality
Intercompany - Assist other locations with scale and grain operations
Self-Motivated - Looks for ways to add value to office practices and beyond our customers' immediate requests
Housekeeping - Responsible for keeping their work area clean and organized
