Elevator Inspector jobs in Tiverton, RI

Marzilli Machine is a family owned job shop featured in Modern Machine Shop Magazine and Titan of CNC Podcast. We are looking for Quality Inspectors. The ideal candidate should have the following capabilities.

• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Utilize coordinate measuring machines to verify product dimensions and quality preferred.
• accurately read blue prints
• Ability to measure and understanding of geometrical tolerancing
• ability to use tools such as calipers, gages, micrometer, optical comparator, etc.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & AS9100 standards in all quality control processes.
• Perform data collection and analysis to support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• High QA knowledge a plus
• Vision system experience a plus
