Job Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Email and Automation Strategist to enhance our Email & Automation Marketing Team. This pivotal role requires adept management and strategic planning for diverse B2C and B2B clientele. The successful candidate will take ownership of designing and developing audience-centric email campaigns while driving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HubSpot Hubs across client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of email marketing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement within clients’ current marketing strategies and craft customized solutions aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Design and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies that align with both client objectives and return on investment (ROI).
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding third-party tools and integrations with HubSpot.
- Partner with technical teams to optimize HubSpot configurations and carry out technology strategies.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and quarterly reviews, delivering actionable insights based on campaign data.
- Facilitate HubSpot training sessions for clients, empowering them to leverage the platform effectively.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to continually enhance processes and clearly define role expectations.
- Manage all dimensions of email marketing initiatives, including strategic sending and optimization recommendations.
- Proactively recommend strategies to enhance HubSpot adoption by utilizing new platform features.
- Monitor and evaluate A/B testing initiatives to support overarching business goals.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience, specifically within HubSpot.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within an agency environment.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with a strong history of client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and associated technologies.
- Proficient in Google or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid grasp of marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Comfortable working with business analytics to produce insightful reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with teams and clients.
- Attention to detail and exemplary organizational abilities.
- HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service certifications, along with account management certifications.
Qualifications
