Seeking high-performing, technology, and innovation-spirited, customer-savvy person to head a world-class engineering team accountable for cutting-edge software products. This position requires a deep knowledge of IC signoff tools and flow, product leadership experience, ability to drive innovation and growth, knowledge of IC technology and business landscape, and skills to work collaboratively with customers, field, and ecosystem partners. Trusted partner of senior leadership, drives hard-charging senior managers & product technologists, manages high-stress levels, and takes full ownership for the success and growth of products. The focus will be on driving high-value signoff products within the IC design ecosystem. Candidates must have the drive to create differentiated technology to enable growth and grow market-share with the following:

• Requires deep knowledge of IC signoff technology in a CAD or R&D environment.
• A Masters or Ph.D. degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
• At least 15 years’ experience in product development, and proven leadership managing and developing teams.
• Is customer-spirited with a good expertise of working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Knows about custom digital, memory and/or ams design signoff methodologies and techniques
• Innovative, energetic, entrepreneurial, and a track record of driving differentiated technology and business strategy.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $180,000-$315,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.Offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
