Step into a leadership position at one of the largest and fastest growing B2B agencies in the country. In this role you will lead a cross functional team of client service, strategy, creative, media and development professionals, delivering work that makes an impact for our clients. Our clients will look to you for support across a wide range of activities including research and business strategy, branding, digital experience, market activation, sales enablement and more.

Additionally, you must be a leader who demonstrates through actions and serves as a true role model. While you will have support from a team of strong, collaborative, and fun client service professionals, you will also need to be comfortable actively engaging in the work. This role will have direct relationships with senior members of the agency to support you and your team in personal and professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for satisfaction and profitability of your book of business
• Provide a strong marketing point of view to ensure campaign excellence
• Manage and provide strategic leadership to multiple accounts across a variety of verticals
• Development and implementation of integrated marketing programs to drive demand generation
• Cultivate strong relationships and trust with your clients that lead to client success and gratification
• Foster a sense of trust and reliability within team
• Identify new opportunities with clients for incremental business
• Lead projects with internal experts spanning Research & Insights, Branding & Creative, Website(s) & CMS, Awareness & Demand Campaigns, Digital Marketing, MarTech, Sales Enablement & Education, and Media Planning & Optimization

What We're Looking For

• 15 years of marketing experience within an agency environment (B2B experience required)
• Ability to balance leaning in to guide projects and lead clients within a large cross functional agency team
• Proven track record managing and providing strategic leadership to multiple accounts across a variety of verticals
• Experience working with clients looking to grow and evolve their marketing approach
• Passion for working across a range of clients and marketing disciplines
• Strategic thinking that translates into account and business strategy
• Experience in the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand
• Digital marketing leader (websites, CMS sites, SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.)
• Proven ability to develop deep client relationships built on trust and grow a book of business
• Performance record of delivering impact for clients and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong leadership skills — energetic, collaborative and able to help guide a cross-functional team toward a common goal
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
