Email/Notes Group Director is responsible for all aspects of the email/notes group. Oversees the design, development, release, and maintenance of email application systems. Being an Email/Notes Group Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Incorporate operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control into manufacturing processes.
Adopt process designs, technologies, and methods maximizing operational efficiency.
Plan and forecast resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce.
Design and maintain an effective organizational structure supporting business strategies.
Lead change management activities, foster effective relationships, and provide strong leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors of Science in Engineering (ABET Accredited), Masters of Science Engineering (Preferred).8 years of manufacturing and warehouse supervisory/management experience.
Experience working in equipment manufacturing environmentStrong computer skills including MRP, ERP, inventory and warehouse management, MS Office, PowerPoint.
