Email/Notes Group Director is responsible for all aspects of the email/notes group. Oversees the design, development, release, and maintenance of email application systems. Being an Email/Notes Group Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Email/Notes Group Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Email/Notes Group Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     As Assistant Director Management Operations you will:
    • Prepare correspondence and communication for the Vice President, Management Department and Marketing Department when necessary
    • Manage operational items for lease up checklists and participate in weekly lease up calls until all operational items are completed
    • Prepare management agreements and management plans as requested by the Real Estate Finance department
    • Assist in creating training materials and deliver webinar and in person training as applicable
    • Preparation of Monthly Results, including the audits required to obtain the information
    • Assist DOM in preparation, sending and tracking of snow and lawn contracts.
    • Assist Management/Marketing in preparing office set-up materials for all new and acquired properties
    • Prepare property start up kits for acquisitions
    • Assist VP and DOM with budget tracking and submission to owners
    • Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
     
    Reports to:  Director Management Operations
     
     
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential property management or revenue management including electronic distribution
    • Must possess accurate, organizational, administrative capabilities, detail oriented and analytical thinking
    • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point) required
      • YARDI program knowledge preferred
    • Travel to properties as needed, estimated at 20% of the time
