Customer Experience Professional/ Dispatcher REQUIREMENTS
As a CEP, you arrive each day ready to take on several administrative duties as well as some creative and customer service duties. You are busy interacting with customers and adjusting/confirming schedules and plans! You also work closely with the field and office team to ensure accurate schedules and follow-ups with customers. A successful CEP must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically. Operating and managing customer and field team schedules daily. You can feel great accomplishment in these efforts that contribute to the success of our growing and essential business!

· Excellent customer service and phone skills.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the company’s financial standings.
· Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a group to meet deadlines and multitask in a high-production environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to resolve conflict without reacting inappropriately.
· Ability to accept and complete additional tasks as requested by management.
· Has a can-do, positive family member attitude.
· Similar administrative/dispatching experience preferred not required
· A valid driver's license
· Be able to pass a drug screening and background check
· Works well under pressure.
