Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by fire, water damage, mold, and other disasters. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients recover from unfortunate events and restore their homes or businesses to their original condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform fire restoration tasks including cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing damaged structures.
- Execute water damage restoration processes such as extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct mold remediation activities to ensure safe and healthy environments.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for restoration projects.
- Assist in asbestos abatement procedures when necessary.
- Carry out carpet cleaning services as part of the restoration process.
- Build and restore structures according to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with asbestos abatement practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, and mold remediation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
