This 300 bed hospital is actively seeking for a Nursing manager of the Emergency Room  who will play a vital role in enhancing the patient-centered care provided by this outstanding hospital. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will directly report to the Emergency Services Nurse Manager and Director of Emergency Services. This crucial role will be critical for the function of the Emergency Department. A dedicated team of skilled RNs, Charge Nurse and Certified ER techs will support this person throughout the shift. In addition to managing the nursing staff, the Manager of the Emergency Department will also oversee the Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and foster strong relationships with Emergency Physicians. This collaborative approach ensures seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality emergency care to patients, making the Emergency Department an efficient and patient-centered unit under their leadership. 

As the ER Nurse Manager you will play a pivotal role in improving and enhancing the department's work flow and operations. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient processes, allowing the team to provide top-notch care to the diverse range of patients seen in the emergency room.
