What you can expect: Support the advancement and execution of a comprehensive People & Culture communications strategy that equips employees to successfully play their roles in achieving our business goals. Produce clear, organized, and thoughtful written deliverables for internal leaders, including but not limited to key message documents, FAQs, talking points and advice notes. Work with internal leaders to support internal/external campaigns and events that communicate Prudential’s key People & Culture priorities in a clear and actionable way to leaders, managers and employees. Partner with colleagues across Prudential Communications to ensure strategy and content aligns thematically and substantively with enterprise priorities. Act as project manager within the team, maintaining awareness of workstreams and deadlines. Identify relevant news and trends in the external world and provide thoughtful, actionable insights to teammates and key partners. What you’ll need: 7 years of professional communications or relevant experience demonstrating the ability to identify and tell corporate stories to different internal audiences across a variety of channels. Proven familiarity with and curiosity about People/HR concepts, including employee experience, DEI, change management, leadership, L&D and talent management. Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding writing and editing skills, with experience writing for both leadership and general employee audiences. Collaborative, team-first mentality, including exceptional organization in planning, prioritizing, and completing simultaneous projects and activities. Ability to connect the dots across the organization and turn complex ideas into messages and visual concepts easily understood by a broad audience. Discretion working with confidential information. It'd be a plus if you had: Experience with video, podcasts and visual storytelling. Ability to work in high pressure situations, demonstrating sound judgment and providing confident, proactive counsel to leadership and other internal team members. Proven ability to effectively partner cross-functionally, ideally in a complex organization.
