     The Technology Communications Manager will be responsible for the following:

    • Ability to configure new equipment such as LTE routers, radios and new product lines (cell towers, cameras, etc.)
    • Manage completion of full rig communication installations, moves and rig downs
    • Oversee West Texas communications operation (employees, client relations, etc.) 
    • Provide communications training to new trainees 
    • Ability to communicate effectively to plan Rig needs
    • Ensure Corporate's instructions are completed correctly and promptly
    • Ability to think innovatively and propose efficient service ideas such as ways to decrease service calls and new product ideas
    • Ability to provide leadership and be the main contact for questions or issues
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Complete other duties as assigned        

    Requirements

     The following are required by the Technology Communications Manager: 

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in communications
    • Ability to troubleshoot all communications products 
    • Accountable, dependable and respected by others 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
