    Role Summary

    This position requires in-person work at our manufacturing facility in Normal and will play a critical role in supporting communication strategies for Rivian's legal teams through:


    Responsibilities

    * Developing cross-functional communications that support Rivian's employee value proposition at our manufacturing facility and service/delivery teams in the field.

    * Supporting change communication plans and awareness campaigns for Rivian employees.

    * Measuring and tracking progress; analyzing feedback, insights and consulting on action plans informed by data.

    * Supporting employee ambassador program to help share positive stories internally and externally.

    * Being visible on the production floor, attending start-up meetings and frequently interacting with the manufacturing & commercial teams.


    Qualifications

    *

    * Bachelor's degree or 4-6 years of experience in Employee Communications.

    * Experience in creating employee communication campaigns.

    * Ability to operate with ambiguity.

    * High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

    * Strong listening and verbal communication and presentation development skills.

    * Excellent writing, technical writing and editing skills.

    * An affinity for legal communications and the ability to understand complex programs and laws and translate them into concise and timely communications.

    * Ability to work with colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries to ensure successful execution.

    * Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to develop and manage measurement metrics.

    * Flexibility in schedule to be able to support night and weekend shifts as needed.

    * Proficiency with PowerPoint, MS Word essential; experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and web publishing preferred.

    * The ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality is a must.
