Hop Mountain Tap Room & Grill in Mead, WA is looking for one grill cook to join our 10 person strong and fun team. We are located on 14017 N Newport Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, motivated, and hard-working.

PAY DOE PLUS NIGHTLY TIPS

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of food in your station
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and utensils used
• Maintain health and safety standards to regulations
• Coordinate with other team members to complete orders timely and accurately
• Direct food processing and handling
• Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Handle food related concerns
• Correctly able to use grill and frier
• Able to put out dishes to standard in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of equipment used
• Ability to communicate and listen effectively
• Food handling certifications that apply
• Previous experience in a cook position a plus
• Direct food processing and handling
• Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Handle food related concerns
• Correctly able to use grill and frier
