Employee Performance Specialist jobs in the United States

Employee Performance Specialist develops and executes programs and projects to evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and provides reports to management. Being an Employee Performance Specialist ensures projects meet budgets and deadlines. May be responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals. Additionally, Employee Performance Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Performance Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
