DESCRIPTION
The HR Business Partner / Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for daily HR operation activities including recruiting, onboarding / offboarding, employee relations and employee engagement for eMolecules compound management divisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitates full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks and selecting candidates for assigned business unit.
Works with business unit management to ensure appropriate screening and interviewing practices are followed
Embodies cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture. Act as a change agent and culture champion to ensure we are always thinking about an exceptional employee experience
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will not have direct reports, however, will be a coach and mentor to supervisors and managers. Will lead and train supervisors / managers within organization on policies, procedures, leadership best practices and HR systems.
