Job Description
Executes and tracks performance of the Content Marketing Strategy throughout websites, e-mail marketing, intranet and social media. Acts as the community manager for all social media and will be responsible for maintaining the social media content plan, along with following social media trends. Responsible for executing on, and contributing to, the company's overall social media strategy. Will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to curate and manage digital content as it relates to our customers, products and National Marketing program. Provide support as needed to create original copy for e-mail marketing, web copy, presentations, training materials, flyers, intranet, human resources support, and other assets as needed.
Acts as a community manager for company social media outlets. Reponsible for maintaining social media content inbox to ensure consistency, providing feedback when necessary.
Gathers, curates, and creates content for websites, social media, email newsletters and print. Uses content management system to publish content and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics. This includes monthly audits of website content for consistency, errors and other feedback.
Tracks performance of all digital efforts to identify optimization opportunities, to include conducting in-depth social media campaign reviews and developing recommendations for growth and improvement.
Manages social media and external review websites (i.e. Yelp, Google Places, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
Stay current on digital marketing best practices, search engine advertising policies, search engine algorithm updates and foodservice industry trends.
Maintain recipe database, to include insertion of new recipes and images, and removal/updating of content on a weekly basis.
Supports events and food shows as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
6 Months - 1 Year
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Marketo, Sitecore, Office 365, Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Required Experience:
1 - 3 years in marketing within the foodservice industry
Advanced Excel experience preferred. Social media management experience preferred (i.e., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)
