JOB TITLE:   

Performance Nutrition Assistant  

JFNTMP

JOB PURPOSE:   

Assist the University of Wyoming Athletics’ Olympic and Football Dietitians with fueling athletes to their top performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Primary responsibilities will be assisting with Fueling Station upkeep (opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, etc.) and special nutrition-related projects for teams as needed. There will be a lot of interaction with student athletes and opportunities to help with gameday nutrition-related activities. Looking for individuals that will be ready to start work in the fall (mid- to late- August) but the possibility to start in the summer if desired. Pay is $12/hr. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Education: current University of Wyoming student/working toward degree at University of Wyoming
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with UW policy.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Studying dietetics, nutrition, or health-related field.
• Ability to follow directions, carry out directions, and ask for help if needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
