Description The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to: Performs general clerical tasks related to employee benefits functions. Responsible for assisting with monthly discrepancy report for clients. Will work with carriers and clients to resolve any billing issues to ensure accuracy and will act as liaison between customers and carriers to ensure that all benefit policies are paid correctly.
Should be detail-oriented with good data-entry skills. Must have excellent customer service skills, as well as good written / oral communication skills and problem-solving ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products with excellent skills in Excel.
