Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs.     The Implementation/Case Build Specialist plays a crucial role in configuring back-end software,

    Responsibilities:
    Interpret and translate project specifics, insurance plan designs, eligibility, and

    milestones
    Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information
    throughout systems and processes
    Research errors and system anomalies
    Accurately complete assigned tasks without extensive supervision
    Participate in and facilitate team meetings and training sessions as needed
    Think critically and innovate on the best approaches to achieve our mission
    Advocate for improved task execution and increased efficiency across teams
    Set high standards of performance for oneself, demonstrating attention to detail

    Requirements:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to multitask in a structured and organized manner
    Mid to high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    Computer/tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies
    Associate degree or two years of experience in an organization emphasizing technological
    development and significant utilization

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience with the Selerix BenSelect platform
    Background in online insurance or benefits administration
    Familiarity with Microsoft Access
    Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
