As our Employee Relations Manager, your role will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll serve as the primary contact to team leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, development and performance improvement plans and conflict resolution, serving as a coach and advisor. You will lead the response to employee grievances and manage the investigative process for workplace claims. You will lead our end of employment process with consideration to Evereve’s HEART values, including conducting exit interviews, final pay documentation and offboarding processes.
Reporting to the Vice President of Talent/HR, you will work in close partnership with our Chief of Stores, Regional and Team Leaders, and Risk Management in all employee relations matters.
