Cor-Vanama Solutions/Consumer Directions Inc. provides payroll and administrative support to individuals who are part of various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs with the goal of remaining in their home by hiring their family members and friends. This is a full time, hourly, in office, entry level data-entry position within our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and stays positive while navigating new scenarios daily. Core Responsibilities:
The position will be assigned, but not limited to, the following duties:
· Enroll Financial Management Service (FMS) employees by electronic and paper packet and manage updates
· File for MN New Hire, NetStudy, MINITS Mailbox, and/or CDI systems
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Reach out to employee’s if there is missing information or forms that need to be completed

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
· Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting.
· Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver’s license.
Salary and Benefits:
· Salary Range: $18-$20/hour; 40 hours a week
