The Employee Health Management Specialist, coordinates a comprehensive immunization, health screening, COVID-19 screening, wellness, and workers' compensation program for all Penn Highlands Healthcare employees. volunteers, interns, students, contractors, etc.
Other information:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current licensure as a professional nurse in the commonwealth of PA required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Three years occupational health, emergency room, and/or med/surg nursing experience in the acute care setting required
- Knowledge of PAs workers' compenation laws and procedures preferred
- Experience in coordinating employee health program preferred
- Certification as an occupational health nurse preferred
