Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You will be assisting the President and Vice President in day to day operations and other duties as needed. You will also work with and assist all departments.

Duties include heavy phones, general office work, interacting with customers in a friendly professional manner through phone calls, emails, letters. Dispatching to crews in the field and track their daily progress.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and provide assistance

- Provide product information, pricing details, and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients

- Maintain accurate client records and update information in the database

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients

- Collaborate with the service team and track routes

- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Comfortable with outbound and incoming calling

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
