Employee Relocation Manager manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Being an Employee Relocation Manager works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. Approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Additionally, Employee Relocation Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Employee Relocation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Employee Relocation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Our cohesive and friendly team consists of 6 perfusionists and 4 surgeons. We perform approximately 700 hearts per year, CABG, valves, and Robotic OpCabs. No TAVR standby and minimal ECMO.Harrisburg is known for its beauty and rich culture. It sits in the middle of mountains with a beautiful river flowing through the middle of it and an abundance of outdoor activities with lakes and ski slopes nearby. This city is within easy driving distance of Amish country, Gettysburg National Military Park and Hersheypark – with its amusement park, concert series and The Spa At The Hotel Hershey, famous for its chocolate treatments. Big-city weekend getaways are also there for the taking; New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C., are a few hours away by car.

Position Requirements
-
Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.

Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.

Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
