K2 Geothermal was started in 2009 and have quickly grown into Nebraska’s largest geothermal contractor. K2 Geothermal is your full service commercial and residential geothermal contractor. We are seeking to hire a Drill Operator

• Minimum of 1 year experience drilling wells preferred
• Experience with geothermal drilling procedures and closed loop systems a plus
• Rigs are top head drive, Schramm knowledge preferred
• Occasional out of town or out of state travel is required
• Mechanical and/or welding skills helpful.

Environmental Working Conditions

• All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather.
• Exposure to all elements of nature
• Exposure to all types of terrain
• Exposure to loud noise
• Exposure to fumes, odors, gasses, dusts, etc.
• Work in close proximity to heavy traffic

Physical Requirements

• Standing
• Walking
• Climbing, stooping and bending
• Periodic lifting of 10 to 50 pounds
• Duties may require working from heights

Hourly wage is negotiable based upon experience.
