Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     The Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one on one with the company leads from seminars and referrals, as well as existing clients. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor, servicing existing clients, making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients, client relationship building, and participation in public seminars – to include introducing the main Advisor.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • College degree preferred
    • 3 years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
    • Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7
    • Experience with AUM
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
    • Experience with CRM preferred, but not required
    Position Responsibilities:
    • Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
    • Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managed money
    • Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
    • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
    • Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals
    Salary Base
    $70,000 - $80,000
    Commission Structure discussed during interview process

    Monday – Friday
    8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
