Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
    • Drive sales through effective communication with customers
    • Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisee’s store
    • Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control)
    • Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
    • Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
    • Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

    Physical Requirements

     

    While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on your franchisee, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs. 

    Qualifications

As such, each Franchisee solely controls all aspects of his or her employment practices.
