Employee Services Director directs the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Evaluates programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Director develops processes to analyze and assess program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Designs policies and procedures to promote efficiency and optimize administrative hours to control costs. Additionally, Employee Services Director researches and remains up to date with evolving changes in the employee experience space to identify areas to improve employee engagement and work experience. The Windsor Court seeks a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rooms to lead, supervise, train, and direct our Rooms Division to exceed 5-star luxury hotel standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. The Rooms Division includes the Front Office, Communications, Guest Services, Concierge, Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, train, and direct the Rooms Division to exceed 5-star luxury hotel standards
- Address and resolve issues in an efficient and effective manner
- Supervise the hiring and retention of all staff members within the division
- Prepare annual reviews, annual market plans, budgets, and other fiscal reports as necessary
- Assist with Revenue Management efforts, including front desk associate incentives
- Luxury background and proven Rooms Division work history necessary
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
