Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician must be certified in those states where a certification is required, and may be certified in states that do not require certification. The Technician will assist the pharmacist in providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to PharmcareUSA clients in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company, current pharmacy practice standards and other regulatory entities.
