Employee Services Manager manages the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Administers programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Manager analyzes and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Employee Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Overview: This role will play a key leadership role in the support of financial advisors in the Linsco employee channel for LPL, including the profitability of the region which will grow to include multi-branches. The successful leader will have a comprehensive understanding of the W2 advisor model. Responsibilities: Maintaining high advisor retention and satisfaction. Supporting the recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Chanel. Helping transition the new teams to LPL. Building and maintaining strong advisor relationships while at the same time balancing this against the profitability of the model. Preferences for candidate to sit in Midwest region for this role. The role reports into the National Branch Manager. Requirements: Experience in both a branch and home office strongly preferred Experience as a branch manager and managing multiple offices is preferred. Strong wealth management experience and a track record of bringing on recruits and integrating them into a new firm. Qualifications: Branch experience either in a role of branch manager, branch operations/service or branch administration A Bachelor's degree Series 7, 66, 9/10 or 24 A minimum of 10 years of financial services experience Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed Pay Range: $170,560-$255,840/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
