Employee Trust Administrator administers employee benefit trust accounts. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Being an Employee Trust Administrator provides customers with objective financial advice and explains the details of their benefit trust plan. Assists with plan design and benefit distribution when necessary. Additionally, Employee Trust Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Trust Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Excellent customer service skills required. Must have aptitude for computers and be proficient in Word and Excel. Banking experience and/or accounts payable and receivable knowledge is a plus. Incumbent will perform general and routine operational and clerical tasks for Trust Officers and Department. Will assist Trust Officers in management of accounts and clients by coordination of schedules and resolving simple operational questions and issues. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
