    Counselor

    Lifeline Recovery Center is a growing leader in addiction treatment services. We are hiring licensed clinicians/substance abuse counselors for non-profit, faith-based residential substance abuse treatment programs.

    As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing counseling services to your assigned clients including individual, family / group therapy sessions, and promoting an environment of long-term recovery. You will work alongside the Clinical Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

    Duties: The duties of the position are as follows:

    Providing individual, family and/or group counseling to assigned clients.

    Assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and documentation.

    The role of the Counselor is to assist clients in developing a sense of community and belonging by meeting with the client, discussing problems, taking part in problem-solving strategies, and experiencing growth and change.

    Works as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide counseling services.

    Must hold at least a CADC certification.

    120 hours PTO (Paid Time Off)

    Company ongoing training and certification opportunities.

    4 hour shift

    8 hour shift

    Monday to Friday
