Are you a dynamic individual with employment helping skills looking to make a real difference? Join us in empowering Clubhouse Members to achieve their personal goals! You will work within a team to help promote successful outcomes for members, working side by side as a colleague carrying out the day-to-day activities of the Clubhouse according to Clubhouse International accreditation practices. We need you to join us!

$42,500 - $44,000 yearly

• Develop supported employment with job sites with local employers
• Provide pre-employment training for individuals who are joining the workforce
• Assist Reclamation Clubhouse members with obtaining picture IDs and Social Security Cards
• Provide problem-solving and case management support to both employers and potential employees
• Provide short-term job coaching, as needed
• Promote the positive Clubhouse culture to staff, members, and as assigned to the general public
• Assess the quality of the member's work, encourage their efforts, and enforce directives in collaboration with other staff
• Must be able to engage in proactive thinking to resolve issues related to program compliance

• Previous experience working with individuals who have a mental illness
• Access to reliable personal transportation and proof of car insurance
• Prefer Bachelor's Degree
